What to Do When You Need a Break

Sometimes in this crazy world, you just need to take some time to chill out and take a break from it all. I’ve put together a list of things that are bound to help do just that!

  • Go on a walk
  • Log off of social media for a whole day
  • Go to your favorite restaurant
  • Eat some ice cream
  • Spend a morning at your local farmers market
  • Make a yummy cup of hot chocolate
  • Watch the sunset
  • Buy yourself some flowers
  • Read a book
  • Write down a few self-affirmations
  • Watch your favorite movie
  • Go get a manicure and a pedicure
  • Listen to a few of your favorite songs
  • Watch some episodes of your favorite TV show
  • Take a bubble bath
  • Enjoy a glass of wine
  • Put on a face mask
  • Take a nap
  • Walk to a nearby coffee shop or café
  • Meditate
  • Go on a mini shopping spree
  • Go for a drive with no destination
