With spring quickly approaching, I wanted to make a post about a few delicious cocktails that I had over the winter season!
Jack Frost Cocktail from here (this one was my favorite)
Serves ~4
You will need:
8 cups ice
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup blue curacao
½ cup vodka
½ cup cream of coconut
Honey
Sanding sugar
Use the honey to rim the glasses with the sanding sugar.
Using a blender, blend together the ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, and cream of coconut until well mixed.
Divide mixture between glasses and serve!
White Chocolate Snowflake Martini from here (this one was too strong for me, but it did have great flavor)
Serves 1
You will need:
2 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. Godiva white chocolate liqueur
1 oz. white crème de cacao
1 oz. half and half
Sanding Sugar
Use water to rim the glass with the sanding sugar.
Using a shaker filled with ice, add the vodka, chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, and half and half. Shake well and then strain the mixture into your glass.
Enjoy!
The Campfire Cocktail from here (this one was also too strong for me, but again, great flavor)
Serves 1
1 marshmallow
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
Ice
1 oz. vodka
2 oz. Baileys
2 oz. 2% milk
Use the chocolate syrup to rim the glass with the graham cracker crumbs.
Using a shaker filled with ice, add the vodka and Baileys and shake vigorously. Do this for as long as possible.
Put 2-3 ice cubes in your glass, top with liquor mixture, and fill it the rest of the way with milk.
For extra décor, toast a marshmallow and place it on top!
Enjoy!
