Favorite Workout Moves

Throughout my health journey, I have made note of what workout moves I feel are the most effective for my body. I know that it can be hard to find exercises that actually work, so I am going to list out the ones that I have come across so far that are always a hit with me!

  • Lunge Kick Backs
  • Lying Toe Touches
  • Roll Ups
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Seated Knee Tucks
  • Plie Kicks

Also, Monday marked my one year milestone on the blog! I posted my very first blog post on January 7th, 2018 and I have loved it ever since!
