Yummy Desserts

This week I made some more delicious desserts that I’ve never tried making myself before. They were all super yummy!

The first thing I made was Vanilla Ice Cream that I got from here.

You will need:

4 cups milk

1 ½ cups sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped cream

In a large bowl, combine the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.

Stir in the whipped cream until combined.

Put mixture in a gallon-sized freezer bag and let freeze overnight.

Thaw out like normal ice cream and enjoy!

The second thing I made was Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches that I got from here.

You will need:

Ice cream

Rainbow sprinkles

Aluminum foil

Once your cookies have been baked and are completely cooled, place them into sheets of aluminum foil.

Place around 1/3 cup of ice cream in between the cookies.

Press the cookies together and dip the outside in sprinkles.

Wrap in foil.

Let them freeze overnight and serve when ready!

The last thing I made was an Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert that I got from an old church cookbook.

You will need:

8 ice cream sandwiches

16 oz. cool whip

King-size Butterfinger (crushed)

Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with the ice cream sandwiches.

Spread the cool whip over the top.

Drizzle caramel over the top.

Place in freezer until ready to serve.

Sprinkle crushed up Butterfinger on top of dessert right before serving!

Be sure to comment below if you decide to try any of these yummy desserts!

xoxo, sav
